C01 – Scissors exercise – snip-snip and the frenulum is massaged.

A few minutes a day is enough to support the breathing pattern without turning the evening into a lesson.

Scissors    For this exercise you will need clean hands or disposable gloves. Sit up straight. Place your feet flat on the floor, bend your knees at a right angle and keep your torso perpendicular to the floor. Keep your head straight, facing forward.
Raise your tongue and hold it in that position. Put the index fingers of both hands into your mouth and place them on the frenulum — one above the other, on opposite sides of the frenulum. Then, keeping your fingers close together, make scissor-like movements, gently mobilising the frenulum.
Do this movement 3 times on each part of the frenulum.
