A14 – Boar tusks exercise – your workout for strong facial muscles and better diction

A few minutes a day is enough to support the breathing pattern without turning the evening into a lesson.

Boar tusks    For this exercise you will need clean hands or disposable gloves. Sit up straight. Place your feet flat on the floor, bend your knees at a right angle and keep your torso perpendicular to the floor. Keep your head straight, facing forward.
Put your index fingers into your mouth at the corners of your lips and stretch your mouth as wide as you can. Then slowly squeeze the corners of your mouth together, pulling your fingers toward the centre until they meet. Use your fingers to create light resistance for the corners of your mouth.
