C02 – “Salting” exercise – a simple frenulum massage that only needs clean hands.

A few minutes a day is enough to support the breathing pattern without turning the evening into a lesson.

Salting    For this exercise you will need clean hands or disposable gloves. Sit up straight. Place your feet flat on the floor, bend your knees at a right angle and keep your torso perpendicular to the floor. Keep your head straight, facing forward.
Raise your tongue and hold it in that position. Put the index finger and thumb of one hand into your mouth and place them on the frenulum — gently squeezing the frenulum between them. Then massage by moving your fingers up and down – as if sprinkling a pinch of salt – gently mobilising the frenulum.
Do this movement for 5 seconds along the entire frenulum.
